I was born in Brooklyn and have lived in New York all of my life. That's why I might sound differently than some of your other teachers. I just love the city and would never want to live anywhere else. I am married and have two children. I also have a really cute dog; her name is Chloe. I have been teaching at UCC for over 20 years, and I have enjoyed every minute. I like it because I have met so many wonderful teachers and students, and I love meeting new people. I always like to set mini goals for myself. Then when I achieve them, I feel a sense of accomplishment which makes life more interesting. I try to be fair and ethical and see the best in people. I am very excited because I have a new granddaughter. Her name is Summer Alexis, and she was born on Feb. 19, 2011. I think that she is very cute, and I love taking her for long walks in the park.
